Beschreibung
This book develops a novel approach to imaging within systems in which optics are not available. A novel family of optics-free sensors built of an array of subsensors with natural cosine-law directional sensitivity is considered. These subsensors are arranged on a flat or bent surface and are supplemented with a signal processing unit, which produces statistically optimal estimations of radiation sources spatial location and their radiation intensity. Imaging and source localization capability of such a system was studied by computer simulation and analytically.

My name is Stas. I have been with EE since I was 9. I have assembled my own mine detector when I was 10. Since then, electronics is my hobby and specialty. I hold B.Sc and M.Sc in Electronics from Ben-Gurion and Tel-Aviv universities of Israel. Currently I have the honor to work for Apple on most advanced products in the world.
