The research work entitled recession coverage - bridge from unaesthetic to aesthetic highlights the various etiological factors causing recession, various classification and various treatment modalities for recession coverage. As esthetics is the need of the hour, patients treatment goal is mainly to improve the smile. This publication highlights all the the treatment modalities and the advanced procedures like flaps, guided tissue regeneration etc that can be employed for the coverage of the recession.

I am pursuing my post graduation in dentistry with specialization in the field of priodontology at a prestigious institute Guru Nanak dev dental college and hospital Sunam, Punjab, India. I am involved in research work along with clinical practice of surgical periodontics.
