The preservation of healthy tooth structure using non invasive treatment techniques is one of the primary goal of the modern dentistry. Modern dentistry is the physiology and practice of finding and treating dental decay as early as possible, of making the smallest possible restorations and of assuring that those restorations are aesthetically pleasing and long lasting. It is one of the most significant advances in dentistry over the past few years. It involves minimal clinical cavity acesss with the least amount of enamel removal required to enable adequate access for visualization and removal of infected dentine, and is more comfortable quieter and generally more acceptable to patient.

Dr Ruchi Gupta has done graduation from DAV Dental college, Yamuna nagar and postgraduation from Govt Dental College, Rohtak. She is the gold medalist and best graduate student. She has a number of national and international publications to her credit. She is a professor and actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
