As a Pediatric Dentist I always found the need for a literature that can guide and give options for the esthetic management of severly mutilated anterior teeth in children.Primary teeth not only guide permanent successors eruption to proper occlusion but also play an important role in speech by helping in producing different phonetic sounds. Prosthetic Rehabilitation of primary teeth becomes manageable by the use of posts. There are variety of posts available which can serve this purpose but their indications and properties differ greatly.
