Occlusion is since ages considered to be one of the prime important tool for the achievement of harmonic function thus eventually leading to a pleasing and satisfying smile. This textbook is a thoughtful and tedious work by the author to bring forward in a simple and self explanatory form all the aspects in and around occlusion in the field of Orthodontics. The author always wanted the text to be concise and practically sound for clinical applications. Dr Ashish K. Singh is currently enrolled as a reader in the department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Manav Rachna Dental College, Faridabad. He completed his post graduation from S.D.M. Dental College, Dharwad, Karnataka. He has numerous internationally and nationally published articles.
