This book provides information on the basic science and tissue interactions of dental lasers and documents the principals of current clinical applications of laser in every dental discipline. The use of laser technology and its advancement in the field of medicine and dentistry is playing a major role in patient care and well being. A laser is used for multipurpose treatment modalities in dentistry and has many advantages like efficiency, specificity, and ease.Laser in dentistry are considered to be a new technology, which is being used in clinical dentistry to overcome some of drawbacks posed by conventional dental procedure. Dr Mohini Daultani, Gold Medalist completed her MDS (2016) from KIMSDU, Karad. In 2019 she received "Budding Dentist" award by Famdent Excellence Dentistry Awards and "Emerging Speaker" award by IHPA. She also bagged "Periodontist of the year" runners-up award in 2020 by Indian Dental Diva.
