We are happy to present our research study in the form of book. This book will give you brief knowledge about various anatomical variation at saphenofemoral junction in the lower limb, which is the main landmark while operating on varicose veins patients. Varicose veins is common condition in community and surgery is one of the common modality of its treatment in many countries. We intend to give sound knowledge to all medical professionals about the various variations at saphenofemoral junction and in its tributaries, via our research study. Better understanding about these variations will help treating surgeon in reducing chances of recurrences and complications.

Dr.KshitijManerikar, MS, General Surgery,is alecturer, young researcher who received his MS degree from Dr. D YPatilMedical College, Hospital and Research Centre,Pune, Maharashtra, Indiain 2017. His mentor Dr. Brig. Gurjit Singh served in The Armed Forces Medical Services of India for 37 years.
