Beschreibung
The objective of this work was the study of the preventive and therapeutic effects of polyphenol compounds of grapes in experimental models of chronic diseases as diabetes and metabolic syndrome (hypertension, cardiovascular disorders). In order to raise the level of health and the development of diet contributes to a qualitative change in the life of man in order to far from the disease by healthy and active life via the over come many metabolic disorders and some pathologies.
