Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging esthetic surgeries. The ability to achieve precise and predictable changes in the shape and position of the nasal tip is still among one of the demanding areas of rhinoplasty. There are a variety of techniques that can be used to enhance or improve the nasal tip,among them is columellar strut graft. The effect of a columellar strut graft on final nasal tip position has been a subject of ongoing debate.
