The word pharmaceutics is used in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences to encompass many areas related to formulation of the medicines. Medicines are rarely with single ingredient, they need additives to convert them into dosage forms and this in turn introduces the concept of formulation. The Physical Pharmaceutics-Experiment is a very important subject at Second year of the course of B. Pharm. programme. In this book wherever needed full forms and abbreviations, pictorial diagrams, tabular data, examples of formulation including marketed products and manufacturers are given and their kinetics of the Formulation.
