Beschreibung
This study was our first attempt to evaluate the perception of patients or caregivers on drive-thru pharmacy in one of the government hospitals in Malaysia. Utilizing a questionnaire that was developed from scratch, it managed to gather some useful insights on the pros and cons of having such service. This monograph is written in the simplest manner possible and perfect for novice researchers who are embarking on survey-based studies.
