Merkel cell carcinoma is an aggressive highly metastatic skin cancer. Developing an advanced vaccine for MCC that specifically targets the immunogenic proteins, is of vital significance to overcome the devastating disease. Thus, we undertake an emerging immunoinformatics approach in order to design an effective, safe vaccine against Merkel Cell Polyomavirus that will protect humans against this devastating form of cancer.
