Beschreibung
In the present study, we have reported the effect of thiazole based derivatives as potent anticancer agents. The review report helps to elucidate further the structure activity relationship (SAR) studies on the anticancer activity of thiazole moiety. Results suggest that the position, number of substituent and its bulkiness at thiazole ring play a key role in inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells. In general, the thiazole analogs displayed better anticancer activity. Therefore, the selected review on thiazole moiety and its cancer treatment are initiative to researchers those who involved in the medicinal chemistry research.
