From detailed literature survey, various techniques are now a days available for determination of Naproxen and Sumatriptan in bulk as well as in dosage forms. Also methods are made available for estimation of these drugs in plasma. Among the different methods available HPLC and UV spectroscopy has gained considerable importance and are widely used. Proper analysis and estimation of these drugs is very crucial and the dose related side effects could be combatted.
