Dr Mohammed Al Maqbali, RN, Dip. Admin., BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, AFHEA, MRSB is an Assistant Professor at Fatima College of Health Sciences, located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, where he holds a position in the Department of Nursing.
