Its isolation and purification using biophysical techniques and hydrolysis using a biochemical catalyst endomannanase into mannobiose, mannotriose and other manno-oligosaccharides. These manno-oligosaccharides attributed to possess a better prebiotic as compared to commercial prebiotic and have anticancer potential.

Dr. Arabinda Ghosh is a good academician having post graduate in Biotechnology as well as Bioinformarics. He have earned doctor of philosophy from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India in Biosciences. Currently he is dedicating as a Microbiologist and assistant professor.
