Adherence to anticonvulsants by epileptic children is very essential as it has shown by many researches that, Epilepsy is a treatable disease in 70 percent of patients who adhere to conventional medicines for a period of 2 to 5 years. however combined work of heath care providers, parents/guardians and patients is needed to achieve full adherence. This work has examined level of adherence in children and factors affecting level of adherence. It is important information to health care givers and parents or guardians of children with epilepsy.
