Ofem Wokasor is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar, Nigeria. He holds Ordinary National Diploma (Fisheries Technology), B.Ed (Agricultural Science) degree with Second Class Upper Division, M.Ed (Economics and Politics of Education) and Ph.D in view. He has many publications to his credit.
