This is a case study research conducted in two wards of Shinyanga District Tanzania. This report offers an empirical information on the dynamics and operations of Self Help Groups in Developing Countries like Tanzania. It is a useful source of literature to other researchers, academicians and whoever is interested in conducting research in fields related to this research.
