Several endpoints have been used in the studies to seek the benefits of cardiac pre- and post-conditioning. In this book, we realized a review of several endpoints used: clinical outcomes, Electrocardiogram changes, biological markers (CK, troponin,CRP, glomerular filtration) ,imaging modalities (SPECT imaging, echocardiography and speckle tracking) and angiographic endpoints (myocardial blush grade, corrected thrombolysis in myocardial infarction frame count) in cardiac pre and post-conditionning studies.
