This Book investigated the effects of typha grass on the socio- economic activities of residents of Nguru and Bade local areas of Yobe State. The problem of food insecurity has become of grave concern to both Government and citizens in Nigeria. In the area under study, typha grass has interfered with the natural environment as a result of its domineering characters in wetlands. This Book will be useful for scholars and students in this field of study.
