The book deals with concept of thermoelasticity, which is gaining popularity as a field of research, and finds vast applications in space science and engineering, specially the heavy engineering field. Thermoelastic behavior of different geometric structures are discussed in depth with respect to the temperature distribution, thermal stresses. The Book deals with direct and inverse thermoelastic problems of different geometric solid. Mathematical approach for thermoelastic problems may be of immense help for those students, researcher and teacher pursuing work on thermoelasticity.

Prof Dr N W Khobragade M.Sc (Stats) M.Sc (Maths) MBA, Ph.D (Maths), Ph.D (Stats), Dept. of Maths R.T.M Nagpur University, Nagpur. Seventeen students have been awarded Doctorate degree (Ph.D) under his supervision. He has more than 220 research publication and published 30 books.Dr Sachin Chauthale is a lecturer in science college Karanja, Nagpur.
