The subject presented in this book focuses on group theory. The main aim is to convey a brief survey of the necessary mathematical foundations of group notion, structure, Lie groups, Lie algebras, representations and their importance. Most of the material in this book can be found in many works which some of them are given in the list of references. The reader is referred to such works for more detail.
