Now-a-days, technology innovation in Biotech industries is developing within short period to produce Biotech products in current scenario viz. vaccines, antibiotics, enzymes, bio-pharma and plasma derived products. Therefore there is a need to refresh and update the technical and scientific employees for general and task specific trainings time-to-time and/or when required. Training is essential and vital component for the employee in Biotech industries. They may be On-job training (OJT) and In-house training (IHT), Demonstration, Job Rotation etc. Training methods exclusively for technical and scientific employees of Biotech industries could be classified for easy understand as cognitive (IHT) and behavioural (OJT) approaches. Training is effective only if it produces desired result after using appropriate assessment method. Author has designed, developed and implemented simple and effective methods to evaluate effectiveness of IHT and OJT programs exclusively for technical and scientific employees in Biotech industry.
