The author teaches Journalism in the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism at Tezpur University, India. He has completed his doctoral research on Information and Communication Technology Implications at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is currently employed as an Associate Professor at Tezpur University, India.
