Dr. Dhirendra Narayan Naik is a Law Officer, Ex-Sr. Lecturer, Rourkela Law Collage, Rourkela, Ex- Joint-Secretary, District Bar Association, Sundargarh, Odisha, India. He has been awarded with Ph.D Degree in Law from Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Born in Sundargarh, District of Odisha in 1974.
