This book presents a comprehensive overview of various aspects of mobility and transportation to be smart and seamless. It provides basic principles and trends of smart mobility as well as international examples. Barbara Flügge is heading the global initiatives Smart Mobility and Smart Logistics at SAP, as for example the smartPORT logistics initiative at Hamburg Port. Driven by her objective to empower ecosystems, she dedicates her efforts to next generations apps and services for individuals, organizations and contextual ecosystems such as ports, airports, mega events, urbanizations and metropolitan areas. Barbara Flügge designs, consults and implements transformation programs for organizations, business partners and entire ecosystems. Her activities embrace digital business model and service designs.
