This book intends to provide fruit grading solution using image processing techniques. It shows that how image processing techniques can be used for quality inspection lemon samples through identifying different diseases such as fungus, foliar leaf spot, and Alternaria leaf spot on cotton leaves. These techniques also help readers to explore smart automation in other agricultural applications such as crop health assessment, harvesting of fruits and vegetables, weed detection, etc. The important of smart automated grading of fruits and vegetables in processing industries is discussed in this book.
