Financial markets are built upon several individual sectors, which collectively play a vital role in a country's economy. The housing sector is one of the strongest relative factors of the UK economy that has a strong connection with the stability of economic growth. In this book, we examine the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict trends within the UK residential property market by estimating the future average house price, while using the national economic, employment, social and residential property time-series data for the training purposes.

Muneeb Ali was born & raised in Lahore, Pakistan. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of London. He then went to University of Oxford for M. Sc. degree in Computer Science, where he explored the use of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in the financial industry. He now works in the banking industry.
