Geophysical investigations of four aeromagnetic maps sheet 95 (kaoje), 96 (Shanga), 117 (Konkoso), and sheet 118 (Yelwa) lying between longitude, 4.00 and 5.00E and Latitude, 10.50 and 11.50N in Northwestern Nigeria was carried out to study the subsurface structures beneath. The total magnetic Intensity map, the residual map, and the regional map where obtained using Oasis montaj version 7.1. The result of the regional map indicates deeper sedimentation in the south than in the northern part of the study area. The spectral depth analysis revealed two magnetic layers. The first layer varies from 0.586 km to 1.249 km while the second layer depth varies from 2.506 km to 3.174 km. The highest sedimentation (3.2 km) was found in sheet 117 and lowest sedimentation found in sheet 96. Upward Continuation of the study area indicates the basement depth is higher in the Southeast section of the study area. The Source Parameter Imaging (SPI) shows the depth estimate ranging from 768 km to 2396 km.
