Web is an important source of information needed in everyone's daily life. It is a rapidly growing source of information. The ability to search and retrieve information from the web remains a challenge to information seekers as current search tools tend to retrieve too many documents of which only a small fraction may be relevant to the users' need. Aliyu Abdulkadir hails from Lere in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Obtained his first, second and third degrees in Library and Information Science from the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Education, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. Aliyu has attended many local and international workshops, seminars and conferences.
