Prof. Dmitry V. Ulrich is Full Professor at St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Dmitry V. Ulrich is Associate Professor, Dean of the Architecture and Civil Engineering Faculty, and Head of the Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute at South Ural State University. Dmitry V.
