As a teacher, It is important to make any task easy for the student. Its my observations that many students do not take proper knowledge which is extremely important in their industrial career due to improper educations as well as meaningless theoretical education. In current scenario, it is important to divert student in practical knowledge rather than only on a theoretical basis. As a target of that, we give a basic idea regarding Unit operation with their principle of working as well as theory background of some selected operations. For the students, this book is helpful in view of industrial and also to understand various instrument in easy language.

Dr. Khushal Kapadiya received his Ph.D. Degree (2016) in Organo-Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Saurashtra University, Rajkot (Gujarat-India). He is the author of more than 15 national and international journal articles.He joined School of Science, RK University- Rajkot, as a Lecturer in 2016 and made collaboration with NIH for anti-cancer screening.
