The polymeric membranes play an important role in different applications especially in membrane-based water treatment processes and determine the technological and economic efficiency of the aforementioned technologies; membrane development can greatly affect the performance of current technology.The embedding nano-materials into the membrane matrix can enhance the transport of molecules through the membrane and mechanical stability.The controlled the nano-size of membrane pores with different interaction between polymer and nano-materials leads to the production of different kinds of membranes can be used in different applications.
