Snake Phobia Management Book focuses mainly on the investigation of human interaction with snakes in residential homes, farms and in the wild. Human-wildlife interaction that always leads to conflict is a major concern of most people living next to protected areas or when wild animals like snakes come in direct contact with humans. People fear snakes for their venom, and the possibility that their lives may be in danger when bitten by the venomous snakes. However, snake-bite is a serious public health hazard in many regions, particularly in tropical and subtropical countries in the world. Unfortunately, the conservation of snakes is neglected in most parts of the world because of their deadly venomous bites. Consequently, many snakes have been killed during encounter with humans for their protection. Interestingly, this Book has revealed especially to snake-haters that most snakes are non venomous and the need for the conservation of snakes.

Dr. Melle Ekane Maurice was born on the 15th October 1974 in Bangem, Cameroon. He holds a Ph.D degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Presently, he lectures Wildlife Management, Wildlife Ecology, Wildlife Tourism, Wildlife Conservation, and Aquatic Ecology in the Department of Environmental Science in the University
