Therapeutic Snake Antivenoid. This text book is designed to cater the basic needs of the scientists working in the field of Biotechnology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Pharmacology. This book also gives a description of guidelines for the large and small scale production and Quality Assurance of antivenoid immunoglobulins. The down stream processing of F (ab)2 fragments of immunoglobulins and the various quality control in vivo and in vitro techniques of the therapeutic biomolecules are elaborated. In mediclone developing cocktail monoclonal antibodies for Indian snake venoms a collaborative project with dept of Biotechnology, Govt of India.
