I have planned this work to give practical help to those involve in analyzing of surface-active compounds. It is intended particularly for beginners in research field. This book aims to give help to researchers by providing layout of experiments and details of chemical formulations. The core topic of this book is extraction and analysis of biosurfactant produced by halophilic bacteria. The second chapter of this book explains the details of materials and methods used for screening of isolates to investigate the potential of isolates for antioxident activity. Third chapter of the book explains the results of all experiments in detail.

I have completed my Mphil in Biotechnology from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. For the partial fulfillment of the degree, I have conducted this research work. Previously, I have done 4 years BS in Botany from University of Sargodha.
