The book further discussed results that recommends on the outcome of the research in the study area as it can be applied to related communities.

Fave Bulus Filli, an Agricultural Economist, held his B.Agric from University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, M. Sc and PhD from Federal University of Technology, Yola, Nigeria. He is a seasoned researcher with publications and other scholarly credits. He is presently a University Lecturer with interest in Research and Community Development.
