Beschreibung
The effect of a fungicide,carbendazim was examined on the liver, kidney, testis and ovary of Swiss albino mice by using histological technique. A sublethal dose of carbendazim caused pathological changes in the liver, kidney, testis and ovary. Simultaneous administration of ascorbic acid with carbendazim showed positive changes in the liver, kidney and testis histology.A significant decrease in the litter weight was also found in the group of mice treated with carbendazim during the embryogenesis period.
