Beschreibung
The main aim of this study was to create awareness among first year students about functional and dysfunctional coping strategies when they are facing different types of adjustment problems in their first year of college life. The study will have also enormous benefits to enhance help seeking behaviors of the students whenever they struggle with adjustment problems. The relationship between adjustment problems and academic achievement of the students was also another area assessed by this study.
