The essays expressed here can be taken as a modern history dealing with socio-economic and political episodes. The study is an imperative upshot which touches and elucidates issues occurred in the periods hereof extended from the restored government of Haile Silassie I to the demise of Derge regime in 1991. Ayele Tariku is, at this moment in time, a history lecturer in University of Mizan Tepi. He got his B. Ed in History from Bahir Dar University (1999) and his MA in History and Heritage Management from Addis Ababa University (2011). He is from young scholars who have optimistic craving in researches besides teaching in the university.
