The book is an outcome of intensive research carried out on the undergraduate students of universities in India. It explores the concept, types and factors of frustration with a view to handle in the classrooms and even beyond. Students in universities belong to a very crucial phase of their life, and often not able to cope with the changes and challenges, therefore they suffer from frustration. The book provides some solutions to such problems that negatively affect the learners' behaviour and achievement.

Dr Anis Jahan (M.A.in English, M.Ed. and Ph D), is associate professor in the department of Education, AMU Aligarh, UP, India. Her area of interest is Educational Psychology. One of her co-authored book is in the press. An editor of European Journal of Literature, Language and Linguistic Studies, Dr Jahan has also contributed articles/papers.
