The performance of good teacher depends upon the specialization of the subject or fields to be taught and professional knowledge and skill, an understanding of educational process and teaching skills. To fulfill the competency of teachers the proper training is needed. This book deals with what should be the educational background to pursue the teacher training and what should be the required qualification for appointment of teachers at various levels.

Dr Bondu Raju working as Assistant Professor in Department of Education & Training, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (A Central University), Hyderabad, India. He did his M.Sc.( Mathematics) and Ph.D. in Education from Osmania University, Hyderabad and M.Ed. from Regional Institute of Education (NCERT) Mysore, India.
