Dr. Belal Hamed Taher Shneikat was born in AL Salt, Jordan in 1983. He got his B.Sc. in regional planning and MBA from AL Balqa' Applied University in Jordan. He got his PhD in business administration from Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus. Currently he is business instructor at the university of Kyrenia in North Cyprus.
