Errors are difficult to avoid. There are many aspects that cause errors: interference, overgeneralization, and markers of transitional competence, strategies of communication and assimilation and teacher-induced errors. Teachers should try to reduce the errors which are always made by the learner. Error analysis evaluates the teaching of a teacher whether he is successful or not. (Hasyim, 2002) The purpose of this study was to identify, describe and explain the causes and sources of the errors committed by students at the Intermediate level. This present study aims at the most frequently occurring errors and the last ones to find the difficulty in language for the students so that they may be able to write correct grammatical sentences. Those teachers who are competent in analyzing and treating errors effectively better guide their students and help them to become aware of their errors. Resultantly the error analysis can provide corrective techniques that can help in learning and teaching of the English language.
