No any method has been reported for UV Spectrophotometry so as to develop simultaneous equation & q - absorbance ratio method for simultaneous estimation of Amlodipine besylate & Candesartan Cilexetil in Synthetic mixture. To develop RP-HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of Amlodipine besylate and candesartan cilexetil in spiked human plasma and to validate bio-analytical method as per USFDA guideline.
