The present book is designed to develope methods for the assessment of single and multicomponent dosage forms and its validation. Drug selection is an important criterion. The rationale for selecting is that sometimes analytical method may be available, but not in place of the quantization of the drug in biotic fluids or in combination dosage forms. Also it may not be capable of finding interference caused by the formulation excipients. Hence it comes to be compulsory to grow fresher analytical procedures for such drug.
