This book gives a general overview to establish green energy from agricultural waste. The focus of the research is to evaluate the adsorption potential of agro-based waste materials and to study the feasibility of abundant and inexpensive material. This attempt will surely reduce the cost of treatment and try to integrate the conventional methods of treatment plants with innovative technologies, modifying the entire processes of the treatments plants so as to recycle and reuse solving problem of water scarcity in the industrial sector. Also, it addresses the problem of disposal of the agricultural wastes, shouldering global environmental concern of land pollution.

The author has completed a doctorate degree in the area of "Environmental and Sustainable Engineering from Amravati University. Currently working as Professor and Associate head School of Civil Engineering, MITWPU, Pune. On her research work, she has published several papers in international and national Journals.
