The book focuses on a clear presentation of the some challenging problems of industrial engineering, with particular emphasis on Bayesian concept in machines replacement and acceptance sampling, integrated logistic network and supply chain, supplier selection and health care. It provides a description of basic material on modeling of these problems in industrial engineering and also provides an explicit overview of each subject. It places particular emphasis on contemporary computational ideas, such as applied in Bayesian approach and linear programming and network flow problem. Throughout, the text concentrates on concepts and mathematical details. All models are well explained and some examples are solved to elaborate the application of models. The text of this book is easy to read and the students of industrial engineering can use it for their future researches.

Mohammad Saber Fallah Nezhad is Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at Yazd University, Iran. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Sharif University of Technology. Ahmad Ahmadi Yazdi is Master student of Industrial Engineering at Yazd University.He is recipient of distinguished researcher award from Yazd University
