The book introduces the readers to the concepts to be used during Product/Service Development. It compares also the Ideas of GIQA (Golden Integral Quality Approach) versus QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The methods suggested by QFD are compared with the Scientific Method, using the SPQR Principle [Semper Parati to Quality and Rationality]. A course designed by QFD and a course dealt without QFD are compared. Everything is based on Quality matters taught for 50 years by the author trying to provide (to intelligent people) Quality of Quality Methods for Quality Decisions
